Ronaldo's Dummy Spit
As an unused substitute for the Spurs match, he spits the dummy and walks down the tunnel before the match ends? I'm surprised his head fitted!

Re: Ronaldo's Dummy Spit
It would have been bad and bad enough if he had simply turned around and walked down a tunnel, but the substitute's bench at Old Trafford is situated at the half-way line, and the tunnel is at the corner flag, so, to absent himself, while the game was still going on, and without consultation with his manager, he strolled the half-length of a football pitch in full view of a capacity crowd.
And at the end of the match, which was Manchester United's best performance of the season, everybody was talking about HIM, not the success of his team mates.
Poor show!

Re: Ronaldo's Dummy Spit
A big-head who forgets a team consists of 11 players and substitutes. What age is he now, 38 I believe and at the end of his career!
He'd never have done it under Jock Stein, Walter Smith or Alex Ferguson. Any of those managers would have ripped him a second a**ehole! United should drop the hammer on him at the earliest opportunity, cut their losses and sign 3 or 4 an up-and-coming youngsters for the same money he's being over-paid!

Re: Ronaldo's Dummy Spit
I've never liked him,I remember about 4 or 5 years ago Scotland played Portugal in a friendly at Hampden. There were loads of weans at the game obviously just to see him, then he decided Scotland in the winter was not for him and didn't bother turning up.
Thanks PT

Re: Ronaldo's Dummy Spit
No one player is more important than the team. Ronaldo refused to come onto the field as a substitute - Erik Ten Hag!

Apparently he's been 'dropped' for today's match at Chelsea.
