Apparently Optus is allowing us to watch the final free without registering in Australia. Only one problem I'd need to get up at 5am to watch it.
We shall see!

What a day of sport yesterday. Watched Berettini at Wimbledon in the afternoon and then the Euro game at night. Had high hopes for Berettini, but Djokovic is just unbeatable.
The football game was disappointing, England getting a goal after two minutes was a shock and ruined the game for the Italian squad. Their first half of play was poor. Thankfully they found their feet in the second half and even though they eventually managed a goal it was nothing special. At least in the penalties Donnaruma managed to save the day and the European Cup was brought back to Italy.
Apart from Kane, I didnt really notice any great English players.

Bonzo,

At the risk of baffling non-football people - (but tapping into your wide experience of International football) - am I wrong in thinking that Italy, being the 'home' team last night, should have had their National Anthem played after the English National Anthem, and not the other way round?
Nothing is ever really lost to us as long as we remember it.
