Thanks very much for posting this johndo. Oh, the memories and so much film of Ardrossan and its railway sheds in the 1960s too. A lot of nostalgia for me as my uncle and grandfather worked for British Rail. My uncle was a driver on steam then diesel engines and I still remember the distinct smell off his uniform. Campbell

Yes brings a lot of memories. I can remember the fireless loco at Shell. Good views of Winton and Montgomerie stations.
Can anybody remember when Montgomerie station was fenced off by Shell?
