what has happened to flying al,i have not even seen him up in the air,but coming through kilwinning station tonight i did see a microlite in the air it was well up but i dont know if it was al,so al if you are still out there even if your are not flying anymore let us know how you are.

I was wondering the same James..every so often posters either stop or slow down and we worry. I know life throws us curves but this has become so much like a family..

i was talking to someone who sees al reguarly,they told me he is absolutely fine,i asked tham to pass on regards from all threetowners so he might pop back up.

I guess I really should have a better look around the entire forum, as I've just discovered this section and specifically this thread - amazing pictures, especially the bottom one for me.

Bit of a flying geek myself, so extremely jealous of someone able to just nip up a couple of hundred feet and be able to do this sort of stuff. Magic.
