The link, below, is to the documentary 'The Only Game In Town', which reveals potential criminality in the procurement process of the North Ayrshire Schools PPP Project. I thought Threetowners' contributors might be interested in the film.

The only game in town
Re: The only game in town
Makes you wonder who can be trusted to represent the common man against townhall. We now have a great facility for the community but at what cost.
Too many pupils traveling too many miles taking too much time (time lost to study) getting to and from school. Causing traffic bottle necks around the local area and combining with traffic coming from Ardrossan Academy is causing gridlock at peak times.
As for criminality claims 'there is no smoke without fire' as the saying goes. As I said at the beginning it makes you wonder???

Very interesting video Hughie, with some quite powerful arguments put forward in support of criminality being afoot.
Mind you, one or two of the participants interviewed at the beginning openly showed their opposition to St Matthew's being built at Laighdykes, so maybe there's also a wee touch of 'sour grapes' there as well.

OMG TOTAL CRIMINALS
Re: The only game in town
Yes certain individuals had an axe to grind and some SNP people hate the Labour party and will do anything to discredit them. Put simply it looks as if the bidders colluded with each other. I hope an investigation is on the cards but I'm not hopeful as a closing of ranks will make it harder to get to the truth.

Oh my. What a video. So much poverty locally and all this goes on...
"Words are very.... unnecessary... they can only do harm".

Has the maffia reached Saltcoats?
