Correct Meekan on all counts.The only crumb of comfort ,was the victory over the Irish, which as you suggested was more important.

I'm sure you're jesting a wee bit there brian f. Their results in the current campaign so far haven't been too encouraging for them. They've played four games, conceded 21 goals and scored none.
Mind you, we do have a habit of struggling at times against supposed 'minnows'


As you've just made mention of, meekan, the current Gibraltar interim/caretaker manager is a chap named Davie Wilson who was apparently born and raised in Kilwinning.
Before he joined the Navy, Kilmarnock F.C. had him on there books as an apprentice, and according to newspaper reports he also played Junior football with Ardeer Thistle, Troon Juniors and Auchinleck Talbot.

He seems genuinely excited about the upcoming fixture.
