That is sad, I had chicken pox at 14 and I can remember it, don,t scratch , calomine lotion, paracetamol, if you scatch it will end up scars and it does. She is lovely, fluids and painkillers and a lot o love.

I was lucky enough to have only one 'pock'.
Several years ago on a visit to Stevenston, one of my sons got infected. I didn't know it at the time, it was only when we got back here he developed the symptoms. Consequently, his dad, brothers and sister came down with it, jeez, they were covered in pocks, seriously, the pocks were forming colonies.. ... I was a martyr to the cause, mopping brows, calming fears...
Often wonder how many folk on the plane back got infected?
