Music groups in our town had a great wee get together today in the pub's local beer garden

Just reading that these mega hot temperatures are set to return from Monday onwards. So annoying. Now I cannot be in my front room again !!!!!!

If you find the heat getting a wee bit too uncomfortable then keep your eyes peeled, you never know, you might be able to pick up a table top electric cooling fan at a decent price somewhere.

long time since I cleaned windows I have other strings to my bow.

Managed another wee blether today with Duncan McGlone, one of the new owners of the Grant Arms and he confirmed that it's a joint venture between himself and his sister, Ann Cook.

I called into McGlones today and had a lovely pub lunch, the food was freshly made and excellent value.
Well worth a visit and maybe our quiz night get togethers could go back there.
