Hi Neil, Don't know about your security alert but regarding the double images, this might help if you can get in.
Rename the image in your computer and upload it again to photobucket. Get the code, go to the post in question and click on "edit". Just replace the old code with the new code. Then go back to photobucket and delete the two earlier images.

Hi Hughie, thank you for the reply , I will look in to that when I have time, having duplicates in photobucket isn't an issue at the momenet, but giving the memory space allocated, it could be in the future.

Is there no alternative to photobucket? It seems a real abomination to me.

Photobucket problems again, when passing the cursor over an image in my account I'm not getting the drop down menu on a regular basis. This has been erratic over the last few days. Yesterday when in my Photobucket account I received this message.

A.V.G. Alert - Accessed file is infected.

Threat name. Exploit Javascript obfuscation (type714)

File name borhok-anty.biz/

Any Guru's out there with a suggestion

Using photobucket tonight and once again I had a A.V.G. alert.

Threat was Blocked - Rogue Scanner.

Photobucket will need to get it's act together

Neil,

Copy and paste the exact error message you get into Google and see if others are getting the same error message. That should narrow the problem down. I'm having no problems with Photobucket and don't have AVG.

Hi Hughie, my post may have been a bit obscure. Tonight or should I say yesterday, photobucket was performing as normal. It was just A.V.G. alerting me of a blocked threat.

Looks like you picked up the wrong code, Jimmy. There are usually three choices. If you go back and edit your post adding the following code it will work as you can see.
