What i have seen recently of Celtics- Odsonne Edouard. This guy is heading for the top . Class act..
Here's hoping Jackie recovers soon.

Speaking of Edouard, I agree with you there. Like every great striker he'll miss chances at times but always come back for the next one. Fantastic technical ability, poise, confidence, killer instinct along with great temperament as well, the most complete striker in the Premiership so far this season by a country mile.

Good player, in fact a very good player. Best by a country mile... no, your blinkered , obviously, Morelos is your man & top goalscorer in the Europa league as well. All about opinions, but your way off the mark

I'm sorry, I never once said Edouard was the 'best' by a country mile, I stated that he's the most 'complete striker' by a country mile. I take your point about the Europa Lge, as Morelos (I didn't mention him you did) has enjoyed a good run of form there, but when your own team weren't qualifying for it and Celtic were I'd wager you were probably calling it a bit of a diddy competition. :puter

A few current facts that relate to the topic,

Odsonne Edouard (striker, celtic) 20 goals.
Jermaine Defoe (striker, rangers)13 goals.
Alfredo Morelos (striker, rangers)12 goals.
Ryan Christie (midfield, celtic)11 goals.
Sam Cosgrove (striker, aberdeen)11 goals.
James Forrest (winger,celtic) 10 goals.

20 goals, fair play. Morelos’ European exploits thus far, overshadows the top premier marksman. He has scored against (so far) Fc Midtjyland & Legia Warsaw , both sitting top of their leagues at the minute followed by goals against Feyenoord/Porto/Young boys. A more credible achievement 👍

Maybe you're trying too hard to overlook what should really be staring you in the face .. Ryan Christie, a forward midfielder, is currently only 1 goal behind Alfredo Morelos. And James Forrest, a winger, is only 2 behind. Rangers top scorer in the league is actually Jermaine Defoe with 13, but he's still a country mile behind Odsonne Edouard at the moment. Adding to that, the Europa League name dropping stuff is totally irrelevant, :puter

You have it round the wrong way, since your into your stats. Defoe is averaging a goal every 75 mins and Edouard every 89mins. No bad for a wee guy nearly picking up his pension :D

Europe is never irrelevant

Yip, it's only football banter.

Like Edouard, both Defoe and Morelos are very good players. Unfortunately for Morelos though, he seems to have gained himself a reputation as a bit of a hothead to say the least. Must be the South American blood.
Over the weekend there were wins by the odd goal for Celtic, Rangers and Hibernian, whilst Hearts drew with Hamilton and Ross County drew with St Johnstone. The Motherwell v St Mirren game was postponed due to a waterlogged playing surface.
