This is an 8 part documentary by Scottish Television and is being shown on Sky 1 on Wednesday nights at 10pm. The first episode (utube link below) was aired on 28th Oct.
I've always been a fan of factual documentaries, but there's a wee bit of added interest here for myself, as the officer who's doing the official intake at HMP Greenock and explaining the initial process is a nephew of mine who was raised in sunny Stevenston.
Subtitles have been added here and there - particularly near the end of the programme - for those who might have trouble understanding some of the more 'earthy' dialect.
