Watched 'LOL' with Demi Moore last night on DVD.

Possibly one of the worst movies I ever saw in my life.

Just watched As Good as it Gets with a Jack Nicholson and Helen Hunt again. Must have seen it ten years ago, and really enjoyed it second time around. Would recommend.

I went to see the new version of 'King Arthur legend of the sword' in 3d I thought it was pretty mediocre and was a poor attempt to replicate the the special effects of Pirates of the Caribbean. ie monsters etc. I wouldn't recommend it especially at the cost to get in to see it.

At our Neighbourhood Film Society tonight we were treated to the movie "Brooklyn" such a lovely movie, we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Before it there was a great interview with the author Colom Tóibín who had a cameo appearance in the film.

Watched "Miss Sloane" earlier in the week, it just came out on video. Good thriller with a few twists and holds you right to the unexpected end. Thoroughly recommended.

Soldier Blue, its crazy stuff and it tears your guts out. To say I've been affected by this movie is an understatement.

The Patriot with Mel Gibson. An epic film but a bit too bloodthirsty. I had to look away on various occasions, even changing channels at times to avoid having nightmares. Wouldn't watch it again, much too violent. :(

I watched the 'Manchurian Candidate' for the first time yesterday evening. Never have I seen a worse movie in my life.

I am still not sure if there was a genuine conspiracy, or the main actor had just lost the plot because of stress in combat. Going with the latter, mind you.

Normally I will love Denzel Washington or Meryl Streep in almost anything. Washington still managed to pull something off, but Streep..... Awful in this.

Got the DVD from DEBRA in Stevenston before the weekend, and it will be back in DEBRA later today (!!) :-x

I Watched Meryl Streep last night in 'the marriage I would like'. It was pathetic. It must be one of her worst movies. :(
