Jim Barr

Post by Max »

Folks

Some sad news I saw on Facebook, Jim Barr has sadly passed away after a long battle against cancer. He was my old next door neighbour when we lived on Auchenharvie Road.

Jim was very active on this forum and shared a lot of memories from days gone past. Condolences to his wife Nancy and son Eddie.

Sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He was a great supporter of threetowners right from the 1990s when we were an emailing group. Jim was involved in helping to arrange our groups homecoming back in 2009. Condolences to his family and friends - may he rest in peace.

R.I.P. James.

We knew each other from this site and we were both Auchenharvie Road lads. He knew my late brother David very well and he often emailed me about him from time to time. No doubt he will be sadly missed.

Condolences to the family.
