Hi there, I'm working on a tv programme about Ardrossan for BBC Scotland. At the moment it's a pilot, but we're hoping it will end up as a series about towns right across Scotland. The idea is to meet people who live and work in the town, and for it to be positive and upbeat. I'm wondering if anyone has any cine or video footage of Ardrossan from the past? Something personal or at a major event? Please get in touch if you do! I'm also looking for great characters or stories about the place. Any pointers gratefully received.
