Looking towards Spring

I'm sure this will interest many of the local gardeners looking forward to the coming Spring. Can't help but think community groups such as this, sharing a common interest and relating to their local community is a big plus for the whole district. Well done three towns growers!

Spring feels a million miles away this morning. Been snowing in the three towns last couple of days and now a harsh frost on top of that with the weather to stay the same for the next few days.

Our tulip bulbs are already showing above ground.

The snowdrops I bought in Homehardware in Dockhead street in December are now flowering! So pleased.
I loved the events in Saltcoats Town Hall, Church sales of Work with coffee and homebaking was just so enjoyable. Thats something I loved about Saltcoats. Its great when the community gets together and organises functions like these. Something we don't have in Italy.
Snow forecast for tomorrow. Schools are closed making it a long weekend for parents ( and grandparents).
