Cissy Anderson

Post by meekan »

This topic has probably been discussed before but I can't seem to locate it in the forum.
I had a discussion with someone on Saturday regarding Cissy Anderson but neither of us could think of the name of her farm can anyone help?

Was it Kirkhall?

Yes, that would be right. I remember my sister Susan and Patty Gribben taken me there and getting flowers to take to the grave yard. And you're right we used to catch minnows in the Stanley Burn nearby.
