Horrible and reflects the state of our society with scum taking over our town centres. Many of us have ideas of how this could be resolved .

A small chap killed for nothing and one of the problems is that the solutions have become too complex.

Thanks Brian. Saltcoats has gone down in my ratings now. Things are so different from when we grew up there. But I suppose it's happening all over the world.
