Lasagna Soup

Post by Hughie »

Made Lasagna soup in our men's kitchen this week from a recipe in a newspaper. Turned out really nice. On tasting it we decided to add a wee bit of curry. Wife isn't partial to curry so she stopped at the first serve and left the rest to me. Yum!

Netta, your thoughts?

I'm a big fan of Lasagna but have never tasted Lasagna soup. It doesn't sound like my cuppa tea.
Interesting to note that you guy's felt the need to add some curry into the mix to help improve the taste. :)

It was really good. Never noticed the curry though. Bobby isn't too keen on kale but was pleasantly surprised . Did you bring the recipe home? Bobby seems to have given up on that!😡

Yes got the recipe, Netta. But it's such a poor copy. So I McGoogled the chef Rhian Allen and found it on The Healthy Mummy
