I spoke to Ellen yesterday and, despite having to wear a brace and suffer lots of back pain, she remains as cheerful as ever. It wouldn't be Ellen if she didn't apologise for something, and she's sorry she hasn't been able to contribute recently but still enjoys reading the posts.

Thanks for that, Penny. That's our Ellen! Since threetowners inception she's always been there encouraging and supporting us with her posts. No need to apologise about not posting, Ellen, you've done your bit and it has been much appreciated. You really have a way about you that is so endearing and has helped cement our on-line community here at threetowners. Hope the pain eases for you.
