The "Other" Josh Turner.
This boy has been posting YT videos since he was 13 (now 22) and is a ridiculously talented multi-instrumentalist/vocalist/writer. He does anything from Bluegrass fiddle & flawless Stones/Pink Floyd covers - playing all instruments+vocals - to Sinatra, Django Reinhardt, and acoustic guitar that makes Bert Jansch sound a bit pedestrian.
You could be on YT for a while.

Apologies, michaelm, I should have said just search for Other Josh Turner (he tries not to be confused with the C&W man) because I couldn't think of any one sample video but here are three different styles:
