Went to see Lynyrd Skynyrd in the Apollo in Glasgow for their Gimme me back my bullets tour wayyyyy back. Loved their music....

Another couple of 'Ormidale Jukebox' classic's.

Tragically, only a few months after this performance, lead singer Ronnie Van Zant, band members Steve Gaines (guitar/vocals) and his sister Cassie Gaines (backing vocals) lost their lives along with others in a plane crash.

Tragically George took his own life on Thursday evening aged 18.
It gives me comfort to post one of his favourite songs.
