Hi, Margaret. We watched the Tattoo last night also. It was great. I was lucky enough to be taken there when I was in my teens (yesterday!) by my mum and dad and the atmosphere is great.
Hope I might manage another Tattoo sometime.
All the best for 2007

At the creche our two grandsons attend they had their end of year party and the kids performed the nativity and we sang carols. I thought it was great and they have mixed nationalities attending the creche and every one enjoyed it.
Merry Christmas everyone.

Hi, Harry. Bobby doesn't remember your uncle, he only knew the redleaders by their first names.
There was also the Lairds Loch that came in regularly, it was a passenger ship in the summer and a cattle ship in winter.

In the ASH Archives this week re the ship commissioned by ICI in 1958, Bobby remembers it well as he painted it while working in the shipyard. They tested out new paint on it. Can't remember its name though.

Hugh, I was thinking that was on the corner where the Seaman's Mission used to be. Opposite Seton Street. The name Jeffrey rang a bell with me when you mentioned it before and as we lived in Seton Street that might be where I know it from. Barry McManus lived in that block if it is where I think it ...

Hi, Catherine.
I have been to three wiggles concerts with my grandkids. Its great to have them as an excuse to get up and bop about.
My favourite is Anthony, the blue wiggle.
Not so fond of Murray, don't think he is as relaxed as the others..

Hi, Hugh. As you know we were down your way on Sunday with Jean and Harry, Should have taken them to Scotchman's Hill but I think Harry was happy enough with his Kilkenny at the Grand at Portarlington. We had a lovely lunch there. Jean and Harry will now be in Tassie with our friends, Sally and Geor...

Hi, Margaret. Sounds like it was a great day. Just as well it was airconditioned, you would have melted otherwise.
This is when I wish I wasn't working so that I could do Lunches but other times I am a"happy little vegemite."working. NEtta

Hi, Hugh. Bobby and I spent the day at Eddies son's place. We all picked a horse in every race and they also ran a sweep. Didn't do any good in the sweep, I think my horse is still running but in our picks for every race I came equal second with Ian's dog Sophie. $30. Laid out $25 so at least I came...
