Homage - To all the children in my neighbourhood who i have not seen out for weeks during my infrequent walk to the shops. That generation will have the horrors of the virus with them for the rest of their lives.

That's good going bonzo- If my maths are right it works out an average of about 5 miles a day. I now need motivating as i miss my daily exercise with Alfie who passed away in November. bonzo- How are you getting on with the turbo trainer do you need motivating to ride. Just saying as i bought H H an Exercise Bike last year and she has been on it once :lol:

When you are in a shop-buying a loaf, six eggs and the paper and another customer turns around a corner and see you and immediately reverts back to musical statues. Then you totally realise how bad this bugger is .
